Jörg Caesar

Jörg Caesar, born in 1972, joined HANNOVER Finanz as an Investment Manager in April 2008. Before joining he has been for two years with KPMG in Financial Advisory Services and for another six years in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the capacity of a Senior Manager. During this period he served both, corporate clients and Private Equity investors in a multitude of national and cross-border M&A projects in several industries. He has extensive experience in the field of buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence & Assistance and in Accounting and Corporate Valuations. Jörg Caesar started his career in the Corporate & Investment Banking division of Deutsche Bank.

Jörg Caesar studied international business administration at the Universities of Berlin, Germany and Maastricht, Netherlands where he focused on Accounting and Corporate Finance. He holds a degree (Dipl.-Kfm.) from the Humboldt-University in Berlin and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a US-Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
